WARNING: this is my first time, I repeat! a first timer to write a Fluffy fanfic. So it may not be as good as you expect this to be. :)

A/N: Wrote this for my friend on FB. She loves Aiba so I wrote an AibaxOC fic. hope she likes it! :)





Aiba was sitting while sipping his coffee. It’s a sunny, warm day. He loves the smell of coffee mixed with the scent of morning dew. And the little cries of good morning from all the animals in the pet shop. He smile and took in all the sweet smell and music his surroundings was making.

Aiba finished his coffee and went on to prepare everything for breakfast. He feed all the animals and watered them too. After the enjoying task he went to the door to flip the open sign. Then he noticed a girl standing infront of the shop. She lovingly looks at the puppies near the glass wall.



She was tall but shorter than Aiba by an inch or two. She has fair, milky and almost luminous skin.Her hair, jet black, long and it curls in the end. She was wearing a cute frilly peach skirt that ends just above her knees. A cute cream colored sweater with cute patterns. Aiba tried to steal a look at her face, but she was also wearing a pink beach hat with a blue ribbon on it and sways as the wind blows upon it. The hat covers half of her features and all Aiba could see is her bright smile.



When Aiba decided to open the door and approach her. She turns slowly and started to walk away from the shop. Aiba felt an urge to call after her. But then prevented himself from doing so. He doesn’t even know her name. All he could do is to watch her beautiful figure disappear on the horizon.



The next day, Aiba started his chores a little early than usual. He couldn’t get a decent sleep. It was a very hot Sunday and the heat annoys him. As he finished everything and went to flip the sign to officially start the day, he again saw the girl in front of the shop. She was now wearing a bright yellow skirt with pink ribbons on each side. A pale baby blue cardigan over a cream colored shirt. Still she wore the hat she wore yesterday and again it covers half of her face. But her smile was the brightest of all and Aiba felt warm fluffy feeling inside.



Aiba stared at her lips, and didn’t realize that the girl slowly turns her back. When he did, Aiba immediately unlocked the door. A he was out of the doorway but he was already looking at the girl fleeting figure. Aiba again had the urge to call after her. And still like the last time, he forced himself not to. But he made a mental note that the next time she drops by, he’ll be outside the shop talking to her.



Weeks passed but the girl never came back. Aiba couldn’t get a decent sleep. He was unconsciously looking at the glass window every morning to check if she’s standing outside. He even dreams about her, her lovely figure and her sweet and beautiful smile. Aiba thought he was going crazy. She was invading his thoughts all the time he almost feed their Rose-ringed Parakeet to their Boa constructor.



The day ended dull and sad. He sighed heavily. 4 weeks has passed but still no sign of the sweet smiling girl. He sighed for the last time as he locked the door. When he turned he notice someone leaning on the glass window looking at the sleeping puppies. Aiba’s heart raced. She was wearing a sleeveless, pale pink dress with frills on the front. And This time she was not wearing any hat. Aiba just stood there frozen, the girl then stepped backward and slowly turn away from the window. This time she turned to face Aiba.



Aiba almost choked. She was beautiful. The moonlight made her skin glow. Her cheeks were a color of pale pink and somehow Aiba thought that if it was daylight those cheeks were as pink as the color of the rose in his garden. Her eyes were round and sparkling, her nose tall and pretty, her lips, full and naturally red. But it was her smile that had Aiba grasping for breathing. Of rather said, it was breath taking. Her smile warms up every cell in Aiba body.



She slowly approached him and whispered “Konbanwa, otsukaresama” to him. He stammered as he tried to reply but all he could mustered was “kookbakwa”. The girl chuckled but it was more of amazement than making fun of Aiba. Aiba loved the sound of her laugh. She stepped closer to Aiba and he swear he could hear himself whimper.



“Can I visit again tomorrow?” She said as she flutters her eyelashes.



Aiba stiffens again, she was more captivating in a short distance. He mentally kicked himself for wanting to touch her hands and cheeks. He looked deeply to her almond eyes and tried not to choke.



“Yes of course. Please do. And you can come inside too.” He mentally praised himself. He didn’t choke nor stammered.



“Thank you!” then she smiled her precious smile. And she offered her hand to Aiba and Aiba looked at it.



“I’m Kat by the way. Hajimemashite. Masaki-kun.” She flashed her smile again.



Aiba was surprised! He took her hand but said nothing. He wondered how she knew his name. He crooked his head on one side mouth open and eyes wondering. Kat chuckled one again and pointed something on Aiba’s s


“Aiba. Aiba Masaki. That’s what it says on your Name tag. I love your name. It’s beautiful.”



Aiba again mentally kicked and this time slapped himself. He thought how stupid of him to forget the he still have his tag. The thought that she knew his name and called him “Masaki-kun”, gave him a funny good feeling inside.


“Oh. The name tag. Yea. I forgot about that.” And he forces a laugh that earned a soft chuckle from her.



“You’re so adorable. Even when you’re taking good care of the animals, you’re so adorable. I love seeing the animals when I pass by the pet shop. But When I look at you through the glass, I loved to see more.” She shyly bows her head. Aiba noticed that her cheeks are now the same color of tomatoes.



“Ah! Tomatoes!” Kat’s head jerks up and she look at him questioningly.



“ Ah I mean, ahmm do you like tomatoes? Ahmm you know I have a garden at home. I grow them. I’ll bring some tomorrow!” He panicked and scolds himself for being stupid. Kat was now laughing heartily and Aiba, he flushed red. But was distracted by the sweet voice she emits.



“Yes, please. Please do bring some tomatoes tomorrow. I would love to eat them. Ja, please take care of me from now on.” She bowed and beamed at Aiba.



“hun! And Please, take care of me from now on. Kat-chan” he beamed at her as well. He was caught off guard when Kat kissed him in the cheek.



“Mata ne!” She waved and slowly turned and walked opposite to Aiba. She stopped and turned again to his direction.

“You’re cute when your cheeks are the same color as a tomato!” She said and turns to walk. And Aiba could hear her soft chuckle. He mentally noted to bring the tomatoes tomorrow.
